HOW IT ALL COME TOGETHER
Connecting the right pieces at the right time
Mentor it Forward® operates across a wide spectrum of career stages — from those still studying, to individuals entering the workforce, to professionals looking to grow, pivot, or refine their direction.
Our programs and services are designed to meet people where they are. This includes training and work-readiness workshops during education, mentoring and coaching for guidance and development, and ongoing engagement through seminars, networking, and industry exposure.
Within organisations, MiF also delivers structured mentoring and coaching programs that support employee development and strengthen internal capability.
Whether at the beginning of a career or well into it, the approach remains consistent — practical support, relevant at the right time.

Real stories from the MiF community

"MiF gave me what I truly needed: honest feedback, a safe space to grow, and strategies to move forward. It helped me identify my strengths and gaps, navigate job hunting, and, most importantly, transform how I work and live."
🧠 Honest growth and direction
Vasilii Klimko
Senior Management Consultant
"One of the most valuable aspects of this mentorship was the perspective it offered beyond career progression. What I once saw as something for the young or for those with spare time, I now see as a lifelong mindset that encourages openness, exploration, and growth at any age."
🤝 Meaningful mentor connection
Jaywen Llagas
Project Manager
"My mentorship with Mr. Shai has been one of the most transformative experiences in my life. From the start, Mr. Shai guided me in discovering my professional aspirations and, even more importantly, helped me grow into a better version of myself. His career insights and life advice have shaped my journey in ways I carry with me every day. Now that the mentorship has formally concluded, I’m grateful it didn’t end there—we’ve formed a lasting bond that feels like family. I am incredibly thankful for the guidance and the sense of kinship. This experience has helped me understand my strengths and given me a true sense of belonging."
