The Mentor it Forward® Neurodiversity Employment Inclusion Continuum (NDEIC) connects education, industry, and community partners to support individuals across different stages of the journey, from secondary school through to employment and workplace integration.

Rather than focusing on a single stage, the continuum connects participating schools, tertiary institutions, employers, community organisations, and specialist partners into one coordinated framework. Each partner contributes to different stages of development, helping individuals build confidence, workplace understanding, employability skills, and industry exposure over time.

The program combines mentoring, capability development, industry engagement, and ecosystem collaboration to improve long-term employability outcomes.
