AVAILABLE ROLES
Ways to contribute
All roles are volunteer-based and flexible. Choose what fits your skills and availability.
Program Delivery
Support the delivery of mentoring cohorts — including participant onboarding, matching, session coordination, and overall experience.
Time: 2–4 hours per week (with additional touchpoints during the program)
Marketing & Communications
Contribute to how MiF shows up — supporting content creation, campaigns, social media, and community communications.
Time: ~4 hours per week (flexible based on campaigns and activity)
Community Engagement
Help build and support the MiF community — engaging with mentors, mentees, and alumni to strengthen connection and participation.
Time: ~4 hours per week
Event Management
Support the planning and delivery of events — from coordination and logistics through to on-the-day execution.
Time: 3-4 hours per event (with some prep leading up to each event)
Operations (Finance, Legal, IT, HR)
Support the internal operations of MiF — across systems, coordination, compliance, and organisational processes.
Time: 3-4 hours per week
Business Development
Assist in building relationships with partners, sponsors, and institutions — supporting outreach and ongoing engagement.
Time: Flexible (typically 2-4 hours per week depending on activity)
