OUR STORY
About Mentor it Forward®
Mentor it Forward® brings people, industry, and opportunity closer together — supporting individuals as they take the next step in their careers.
WHY WE EXIST
We all have our reasons. This is ours
Many capable individuals find it difficult to navigate the next step in their careers — not due to a lack of ability, but because the path forward isn’t always clear or accessible.
Mentor it Forward® was created to address that gap — making career progression more supported, more structured, and more connected to real opportunities.
HOW IT STARTED
Started small. Continuosly evolving
MiF's journey began with our founder (Haim Oz) providing career guidance to his inner circle. As the demand grew, so did his approach — evolving into a national Not-For-Profit connecting mentors and mentees and transitioning from informal guidance into structured programs across diverse industries and geographies.

WHERE IT'S HEADING
We didn't come this far
to only come this far!
Mentor it Forward® has grown into a broader ecosystem that connects individuals, education providers, and industry. The focus is on creating practical pathways into and through the workforce — supporting not just entry, but ongoing career progression.
It continues to expand through structured programs, deeper collaborations, and a growing national footprint. With the support of partners such as Spot Solutions, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry WA (CCIWA) and the WA Data Science Innovation Hub (WADSIH), the work is extending across sectors and geographies, reaching more individuals and organisations engaged in building stronger career pathways.
