Effort spent to achieve those goals
As an immigrant, I needed to rebuild my career in Australia, so I decided to follow my dream and learn to program.
I completed an online course in web development and realised I was really passionate about it and it was the career I wanted. So I went to my local TAFE and got my IT diploma.
While I was a full-time TAFE student, I spent my spare time learning popular programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
As a result, I developed my own full-stack web application that has the potential to help many people.
I am proud of all I have achieved. I look forward to doing more.
Long term goals (3+ years)
Become a senior developer and, at the same time, a mentor, sharing my experience and insights with people in the same position as I am in now.
Strengths and Weaknesses
strengths: hardworking, quick learner
weaknesses: I don't have much leadership experience.
