Short term goals (1-2 years)
I want to move to a bigger company (hopefully within next year) where I can fully understand their business process and can use my skills and knowledge to give business values to the company.
Effort spent to achieve those goals
From technical perspective, keep on learning and keep myself updated with the latest technologies (around Power BI and MS Fabric). From report design skills, read books and follow people that are really good in these areas.
Long term goals (3+ years)
I want to become the best storyteller with data! So this is not talking just from technical skills but also other soft skills such as design skills, presentation skills, public speaking skills etc.
Strengths and Weaknesses
One of my weakness is probably my technical skills but I also wanted to do many things (or everything) which makes me lack of focus and gets me overwhelm.
My strength probably my passion in what I do especially in terms of helping other people and I am willing to go extra miles to give the very best.
