Questions about the program
If possible, Perth-based mentor is preferred for f2f meeting. If not, remote is ok too,
Even though Himmat is autistic, he's a great communicator and can manage a conversation well.
He did ask for his parents to be present in mentoring session as they are supporting him and can assist the mentor in communicating with him (Sherry & Harminder).
Additional info
Was part of a program with BHP for a year that unfortunately didn't eventuate in full-time employment even though the feedback and satisfaction levels from him were high.
