Short term goals are to implement systems to run the business smoothly, get income for the work (as an owner/manager)
Effort spent to achieve those goals
Implemented systems, built the business by acquiring new customers. I spend most of my effort in the everyday running of the business.
Long term goals (3+ years)
To become an expert in my industry. To work on the business as opposed to in the business. The get remunerated for the work in my profession.
Strengths and Weaknesses
Strength- ability to lead the team, customer service
Weakness- ability to come up with better systems, not able to draw a wage.
