- To connect and build more bridges with people in the sector.
- Learn from a mentor how they have managed their professional careers, successes, and failures. I am sure I can use all these insights in different situations that I could affront in my career.

Short term goals (1-2 years)
- I would like to transition to a leadership role, such as a PO/PM, where I can continue working closely with a development team, resolving problems and creating value for the customer and the organization. I have developed the tech and soft skills to inspire and influence a team to drive innovation in a product.
- I want to train myself in public speaking to tell my story. I have been a committee member of WiITWA for the last 02 years, and I would like to be part of a panel at our next Tech conference with the right level of confidence to engage the audience and deliver a powerful message.
- I have always been interested in Smart Cities; I would like to connect with people in this sector and gain more knowledge on this matter, as I find the best use of technology is to empower the population by providing them with efficient public services.
Effort spent to achieve those goals
-At the beginning of this year, I joined Banwest in a Tech Team as Senior BA; we manage a Bank's product, and I am responsible for backlog management and prioritization. Working across the dev cycle, focusing on discovery and solution design.
- I obtained my Product Owner certificate and am currently studying a course related to Analytics for Product Management.
- I have been talking and connecting with people in the PO/PM role to build new bridges.
- I have developed my career journey map to define my next steps
Long term goals (3+ years)
- I want to develop into a leadership role that can make a big impact on the team and digital products. I want to inspire and resolve problems that matter to our society.
- Mentor and help people to develop different career pathways where they are a good fit.
- Currently, I am a committee member of a volunteer organization, WITWA; I would like to step into a central committee role or become a board member.
Strengths and Weaknesses
Strengths :
- Adaptability and fast learner- > Grow Mindset.
- Resilience: even if things do not result as expected, I learn from my errors, and I continue with tenacity to achieve my objectives.
- Problem-solving mindset - I can quickly identify and isolate problems and split big topics or ideas into small parts that are easy to digest and resolve. I always think about the solution and effective form of resolving a problem.
Weaknesses
- I have high expectations of people and could get disappointed if people don't go to the same speed or performance. This ends in frustration for me and sometimes could block me.
-I would like to communicate better as I think I deliver my messages in a direct form, and I need to give people more context or time to process their ideas. Working on this.
- I would like to showcase my achievements in a different form so I can be more visible to the organization.
