Someone who can help to challenge me and help me find ways to break through into a CXO role. To suggest where I might be lacking and what areas I should focus on.

Learn more about business strategy and how to effectively manage a department

I currently have a few other mentors, but nothing formal. I've completed a CTO Academy foundational course plus many other short courses (such as an short MBA etc). I moved into a consultancy role to get broader experience across other companies and projects.

Long term goals (3+ years)

To grow and lead teams. I want to help shape the interactions between IT and the business to ensure we can be better aligned and help deliver value.

I also want to continue to learn and grow personally/professionally.

Strengths and Weaknesses

Weaknesses: Networking, Public speaking, confidence

Strengths: Critical Thinking, People skills, being able to work through a problem and help structure a solution
