Expectations from the program and your mentor
Want to know what he needs to be doing to expand the ability to do business.
Gender not important. Location ideally SA (face-2-face), background and experience of the mentor in mining is preferred, but Entrepreneurial experience is important too. Someone who can help answer problems regarding building a business. Want to understand where he needs to be in the next 10 years, career-wise.
Basically, he wants someone to assist him in creating a long-term plan (only 27 years old).

Summary:
Degree in mechanical engineering, participated in a contest on robotics and found it interesting. Saw the potential and ways to apply it in the industry. Investigated ML and AI applications and self-taught himself. Then applied to Predict and got in.
Learnt the business and grew with it but by not having a manager to drive the business and no motivation by anyone else, he stood up and showed initiative to take the rains. Pitched it to the French company who accepted his proposal.
2 years in the role, multiplied the rev 5 times. Shows success. Has 4 FTE in AU. $1M rev this year.
All logistics, accounting, finance, HR is outsourced. 4 FTE are engineers.
