Strengths and Weaknesses
Strength- I believe that my self-confidence has been a significant strength throughout my career. For instance, when I was allowed to lead a department, I was confident in my abilities to manage the team and deliver results. The same applies when I arrived in Australia with 2 bags and even though nobody knows me I was not afraid to build my network, look for a job, learn a new language and re-start my career in a new country without know nobody
