Mathew Smith

Hi, my name is Mat Smith - I try help people make sense of messy technology, big decisions, and I love to focus on the human side of the workforce and leadership.

I’m a senior technology leader and graduate of AICD. I've worked across many sectors (health/medical, real estate, mining/oil, legal, government) and currently working across local government and not-for-profits boards, where I focus on digital strategy, cyber risk, governance, and transformation that actually sticks.

As a mentor, I'm known for being warm, approachable, direct and grounded in reality. I'll challenge fuzzy thinking and help you navigate career moves and growth (personal and professional) with confidence and integrity.
