Hello, my name is Licia Compion. Over the past year, I have had the privilege of working with Mentor it Forward, where I have been involved with designing and facilitating the Neurodiversity Employment Inclusion Continuum.
My professional background spans several diverse industries. I began my career in Biomedical Science as a Medical Technologist in Clinical Pathology. After ten years in the laboratory, I transitioned into Pharmaceutical Sales, Business Development and Research. In 2016, I pivoted into the GeoCivil Engineering sector, a move that eventually brought me to Australia.
Driven by a passion for continuous learning and adaptation, I returned to university during the pandemic to complete a degree in Psychology and Psycholinguistics, subsequently stepping into the mental health field. I resonate with the mission of Mentor it Forward; committing to proactive action and driving meaningful change.
