Guru (AKA 'Data Guru') is the Data and Analytics Manager at a Software company, bringing over 14 years of experience across Kuwait, Bangalore, Singapore, and Australia. He’s passionate about transforming raw data into meaningful insights and building scalable platforms that empower smarter decision-making.

Guru is the mind behind Heart@Tech — a framework designed to help technical professionals develop the soft skills needed to connect with customers, communicate with clarity, and build trust.

Outside the office, he serves as President of City of Perth Toastmasters, sits on the WA Kannada Sangha committee, and teaches Kannada to keep alive a 2,000-year-old cultural heritage.
