Giselle Rowe

Technology has been part of Giselle’s working career since before PCs were even invented.   Being hooked the first time she was given a computer, she immediately wanted to embrace the new world and assist others in embracing it as well.

The world of IT management consulting has now been her “home” for nearly 30 years, with a career that has included strategy, program & project management, change management, business analysis and line management in both consulting and technology companies.

The technologies have changed, but no technology project occurs without people or without impacting people.   Putting herself in others' shoes as they enter whatever new landscape approaches, has always been key to Giselle’s success.  Understanding both business drivers and personal motivations has allowed her to focus on outcomes that will meet the needs of all involved regardless of industry or position.
