Welcome to Mentor it Forward (MiF), a non-profit organisation that endeavours to promote professional growth and facilitate valuable connections.
Its founder, Haim Ozchakir, has garnered over two decades of experience working in diverse technical and leadership positions within the technology industry, both domestically and overseas.
After achieving success in his career, Haim made a pivotal decision to take a break and redirect his focus towards his true passion, which is supporting the community through people empowerment and career growth. This transformative decision laid the foundation for the establishment of Mentor it Forward (MiF) in August 2023.
Our Journey
MiF's journey began with Haim providing career guidance to his inner circle, evolving into a global initiative connecting mentors and mentees across diverse industries and geographies.
Today, with the tremendous assistance of our valued partners, WA Data Science Innovation Hub (WADSIH) and The Chamber of Commerce and Industry WA (CCIWA), our mentors, drawn from various backgrounds, generously volunteer their time and expertise, reflecting the program's global reach and impact.
At MiF, we believe in the power of personal connections to drive professional growth. Our mentorship program covers a wide array of fields, from career advancement to digital transformation, fostering diversity and inclusion, and honing leadership skills.
