Frank DSilva

Frank has been in the IT services industry for over 35 years, working in India, New Zealand and Australia. These experiences have helped him understand cultural differences and connect with people from diverse backgrounds. Frank is passionate about mentoring and helping people, and he enjoys meeting people from all walks of life. He is a strong advocate for unlocking human potential and has a unique skill of seeing things from a spiritual perspective.  

Volunteering has been part of Frank's life since he was a teenager, and he currently volunteers his time as a supervisor at the Karrinyup Men's Shed on a weekly basis, where he adopted the Japanese Ikigai concept of wellness and mental health.

Frank is also a passionate foodie who loves a wide variety of cuisine and enjoys cooking.
