Dunja is a highly motivated professional with nearly 20 years of experience spanning project delivery, management consulting, and solution implementation roles across diverse industries.

With a strong belief in fit-for-purpose governance, human-centered leadership and empowered teams, Dunja is passionate about helping organisations thrive. This passion led to the founding of Mollitiam Consulting, a not-for-profit consultancy committed to enabling equitable access to consulting capabilities for both commercial and NFP/NGO sectors. Every engagement undertaken not only delivers measurable value to clients but also contributes directly to strengthening the impact of social enterprises working with limited resources. Dunja is also a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation and has been recognised as a member of the Australian Institute of For Purpose Leaders.
