I've spent over 20 years working across mining, technology, automation and business transformation, often helping people and organisations navigate change and try new things. I'm also a researcher, business owner and board member, with a passion for innovation, leadership and helping people find their own path. Alongside these roles, I serve as the WA Chapter Lead for the Robotics Australia Group (RAG).

As a mentor, I'm pretty down-to-earth. I enjoy sharing lessons learned (including the mistakes!), challenging conventional thinking and helping people build confidence, explore opportunities and make meaningful connections. I certainly don't have all the answers, but I'm always up for a good conversation and a fresh perspective!
