Ben McDonnell

Ben is a Senior Business Analyst with over 20 years of experience in the ICT industry, having worked across diverse industries and clients. As a Capability Lead at a Data Analytics company, he brings extensive expertise in project delivery frameworks.

Ben is also a Volunteer Committee Member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) in Adelaide, where he helps shape the BA discipline and mentors junior Business Analysts.

His passion for mentoring comes from a desire to “give back” to the community and guide others in shaping their careers. Ben excels in communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and fostering positive stakeholder engagement, with a strong emphasis on the soft skills vital for successful project delivery.
