Ben Lightfoot

Ben has 25+ years of global expertise in advertising, communications, and technology, spanning roles in major multinationals and startups across New Zealand, Australia, New York, London, Paris, Singapore, and Indonesia.

As the former CEO of McCann Worldgroup in Singapore, he revitalised McCann's presence in New Zealand and led as the Executive Creative Director and Managing Director. Subsequently, he served as the Group CEO of Publicis and Saatchi & Saatchi in Indonesia.

Transitioning to marketing technology in 2016, Ben became Head of Large Advertiser Marketing for Facebook and Instagram. For the past five years, he's driven innovation at Helicopter-Pencil, focusing on data-powered growth through modern marketing techniques, data science, AI, and machine learning.

Ben uniquely blends senior roles in creative and management across brand, retail, direct, and digital sectors. Internationally recognised for strategy and creativity, he holds a Certificate of Merit for his effervescent personality.
