Mentor it Forward (MiF) is looking for a creative and versatile Content Creator & Graphic Design to join our team on a volunteer basis, with a part-time commitment. In this role, you'll produce engaging written content and design visually appealing graphics that bring MiF’s mission to life. Your work will help drive awareness, foster engagement, and support our initiatives promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity (DEI).
Time Commitment: Approximately 2-4 hours per week, allowing you to make a significant impact while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
As a Content & Graphic Design Volunteer at MiF, you will be responsible for creating engaging written content and designing visual assets that communicate our mission and values. You will work in close collaboration with other teams to ensure that all content and designs are consistent with MiF’s brand identity. While this role can be performed remotely, applicants are expected to reside in Australia, holding an Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Write engaging content for MiF’s website, newsletters, blogs, and other marketing materials.
Graphic Design: Design visually compelling graphics, infographics, and layouts to support content and campaigns.
Brand Alignment: Ensure that all written and visual content adheres to MiF’s brand guidelines and core values.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Social Media, Marketing, and Events teams to create cohesive messaging across channels.
Content Strategy: Contribute to the development of content strategies that drive engagement and support MiF’s mission.
Qualifications:
Strong writing skills with a creative flair for storytelling.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality visual content.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
Passion for social impact and commitment to MiF’s mission.
