Grow my consulting start-up to a team of 6.
Effort spent to achieve those goals
I sent cold emails to most of my clients I worked with in the recent past, offered pro-bono consulting services to the non-profit organisations, hired a sales consultant and did a sales outreach to both private and government clients but none of them worked.
Long term goals (3+ years)
To be one among the top consulting service providers within Australia.
Strengths and Weaknesses
I am an Introvert which i believe is my weakness. Dedication towards what i aim to achieve and the amount of hard / smart work i invest in are my strengths.
