Consistency is maintained through structured frameworks, clear expectations for mentors, regular program check-ins, and defined program stages. External facilitation can also support continuity by ensuring the program is delivered in a consistent and repeatable way.

Employees who become mentors often develop communication, leadership, active listening, and coaching skills. They also build stronger awareness of how to support development in others, which can translate into improved leadership capability within the organisation.
Mentor it Forward® guides new mentors and equip them with the required skills and expertise, to act as mentors for other mentees.
